The Ident-A-Kid Progaram is coming to Little River on
Friday, November 13, 2009
Application forms will be sent home on Monday, November 9th. Simply complete your form and return it with your child. If for some reason you do not receive a form or misplace your form, extra forms are available in the school office or by going to: www.identakid.com/onlineapp
What is an Ident-A-Kid card?
The Ident-A-Kid card is an Immediate Response Card designed to provide parents and law enforcement officials with crucial information should your child become lost or missing. The driver's license-like card contains your child’s photograph, fingerprint and description. Parents keep the card with them at all times and, in an emergency, can provide law enforcement with it for immediate response.

Capri Sun Fundraiser
The Yearbook Committee is collecting Capri Sun Pouches as a fundraiser. They upcycle the drink pouches into cool fashion bags, totes, pencil cases, homework folders and more. You can find them at Wal Mart, Target, K .Mart and Home Depot. We are asking Little River Families who use the Capri Sun product to recycle their pouches with us. There will be a box at the front of the cafeteria for recycling. Thanks in advance for your assistance with this endeavor.

Directions to Little River Elementary School
Little River Elementary School is located at 2315 Snow Hill Road, Durham, NC 27712. We are located in Northern Durham County next door to Durham Technical Community College (North Campus). We serve 670 students in grades K-5 and follow the traditional school calendar.
